Working on her many personal projects, Reshma developed a strong sense of devotion towards documentary and experimental photography. She loves working with fiction and making handmade books. Along with teaching courses, she works on her own narrative projects experimenting a variety of media.

Reshma aspires to identify and narrate social issues, telling these stories with function and poetry intact, communicating with the larger public creatively in ways that are also artistically fulfilling. As a design educator and course coordinator, she prioritises her students above everything else and strives to bring a sense of honesty to the hard work expected of young designers under her tutelage.
